We are located in the heart of Downtown Orlando in the Seaside Bank Building at the corner of S. Orange Avenue and Church street.

FROM DAYTONA / LAKE MARY / MAITLAND
Take I4-W and Exit at Colonial Drive. Turn left onto Colonial, and make a right hand turn onto Orange Avenue. Travel less than 3 miles until you approach Jackson St. Turn left onto Jackson St., then turn left onto Magnolia. Before you cross Church Street, you will see a downward parking ramp on your left hand side. Enter the underground parking at the sign labeled SEASIDE PLAZA PARKING.

FROM HUNTERS CREEK / CELEBRATION / KISSIMMEE
Take I4 East and Exit at Amelia. At the end of the offramp, turn right onto Amelia. Travel to Orange Avenue, and turn right heading south on Orange Avenue. . Travel less than1 miles until you approach Jackson St. Turn left onto Jackson St., then turn left onto Magnolia. Before you cross Church Street, you will see a downward parking ramp on your left hand side. Enter the underground parking at the sign labeled SEASIDE PLAZA PARKING.

PARKING
We do not validate parking for Seaside Plaza or surrounding buildings. Please be sure to bring a minimum of $6 in cash as the parking garage charges $3 per hour. Metered parking is also available on Church Street at the rate of $.25 per 15 minute interval.
