Tatiana was working at Activate Consulting wearing many different hats, supporting not only her Senior Partner, but in her words "essentially everyone at the company" since it consisted of about 30 employees. She thrives and enjoys being in a fast-paced environment since she has done that throughout her career, as well as working in a startup environment since there is a lot of opportunity for growth. She was responsible for HR and office management and recruiter tasks at Activate Consulting. In her last two roles, she handled higher level executive calendars, having full access/editing privileges, changing their schedules, booking meetings, and travel plans. Due to Activate Consulting not having a receptionist or office coordinator, she oversaw restocking supplies and cleaning the office, taking on more responsibilities and roles than needed. She has experience taking on responsibilities of a recruiter, tracking and scheduling interviews, as well as taking care of travel arrangements if they were out of town. Tatiana is proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Yardi (an expense software used by Activate) using these daily in her career.
