As we continue to grow as a company, we’re committed to never losing sight of our foundation of Ethics, Integrity, and Passion.

One of our goals as a business is to hold each other accountable to higher standards in everything we do—and this includes giving back to the causes we’re passionate about.

At ISGF, one of our core tenets is “Success is created through Team effort.”

We truly believe that this translates into our efforts to help those around us in any way that we can. Just as we strive for excellence in all areas of our business, we strive to give back to our community with that same passion.

Why? We believe it’s important for everyone at ISGF to connect with the communities in which we work and provide our services. In the same way that we invest in the future of our clients, candidates and Team Members, we’re committed to helping our local communities thrive.

Through ISGF’s charitable initiatives we strive to make a positive impact, help those who are less fortunate, and set others up for success.

With a mission to create hope and nourish lives through a powerful hunger relief network, while multiplying the generosity of a caring community, Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida collects, stores and distributes donated food to more than 550 feeding partners across Central Florida.

To contribute to the incredible work that Second Harvest does, we held an office-wide food drive at our Orlando headquarters where we collected food donations to support the back to school efforts of children and families in the local community. We also invited neighboring families and other businesses within the building to participate. ISGF Orlando’s food drive collected over 200 lbs of non-perishable items for the Second Harvest Food Bank.

As part of a national network of affiliated Boys & Girls Clubs, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Olympic Peninsula are committed to enabling all young people to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

By providing help and guidance to those who need support most, it’s estimated that 97% of Club teens will graduate from high school and 88% will complete some kind of post-secondary education. For 4 consecutive years, we’ve been proud to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Olympic Peninsula by participating in their Annual Auction & Fundraiser, helping to raise over $300,000 in one night for the Club Kids!
