Applicants must fill out the referral’s First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number upon completion of the application. For each referral that gets hired, you will receive up to a $1,000 bonus after they complete their first 90 days of billable time (480 hours).

If your candidate accepts a new job offer through ISGF, we will notify you immediately and request that a Federal Form W9 to be completed. Payments will not be released until the referral has completed the 480 hours of billable time and a valid W9 has been received. Certain restrictions apply.
