Receptionist

ISGF is hiring for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparing the office for operation every morning, i.e. turning on all the lobby lights, music, and preparing coffee for the bullpen
  • Always manning the front desk, greeting incoming clients and visitors, i.e. welcoming visitors to ISGF and offering each visitor a beverage
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
  • Saving all consultant personnel files in their corresponding Box files and assisting with file organization and storage
  • Unpacking incoming supplies, restocking supply closet and vending machine
  • Restocking kitchen supplies on a daily basis, i.e. sugars, creamers, straws, coffee, paper towels
  • Do inventory to make sure we never run out of anything i.e coffee, creamer, copy paper
  • Loading dishwasher on a daily basis, running dishwasher as needed each evening and emptying dishwasher first thing in the morning
  • Water all plants on balcony every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; water indoor plants once a week every Friday, Including those in bullpen, Corporate Controller’s office, and break room
  • Picking up the mail each day
  • Metering all outgoing mail and dropping off in the outgoing mailbox
  • Assisting in general clean-up of the office and “tidying” up as deemed necessary, particularly the lobby
  • Refilling copy machine with paper

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates Degree or higher from an accredited University or College (preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • Strong organization skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Macintosh technology
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Professional demeanor

  • Gathering market information on competitors.

  • Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
  • Provides advice to hiring managers and candidates regarding salary negotiations.
  • Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
  • Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at job fairs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of major vendor accounts to add to our current portfolio of high profile Fortune 500 clients
  • Create and nurture pipeline of prospective clients
  • Call on high-level executives
  • Generating leads for prospective clients
  • Cold or warm calling into those organizations and presenting our organization as a solution provider in an effort to obtain agreements for our specialized recruiting services

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of consultative sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (mandatory)
  • Documented proof of past performance and growth
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-driven new lead generation
  • Ability to work independently with little to no direction or guidance

ISGF is currently interviewing candidates for a Recruiting Manager with a national staffing and recruiting firm headquartered in Orlando. We are looking for a flexible, tenacious Recruiting Manager that excels at mining their database and also has savvy recruitment and business development techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates from an internal database, as well as Indeed.com and LinkedIn
  • Conduct thorough Pre-Screens and Interviews for open roles
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and professionalism
  • Understand the business as a whole and make calculated and educated decisions regarding hiring practices. Ex. think beyond simply “filling a role.”
  • Communicate effectively with CEO and CFO on changing business needs and new client acquisitions in order to build and anticipate pipelines
  • Send interviewed candidates for submission to CEO and CFO to conduct final interviews

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment
  • Have a strategy for the recruitment process that is proven to be effective
