August 17 – ISGF, which offers recruitment, staffing, and workplace solutions for commercial and federal clients, has officially become certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards as of August 4, 2022.  Being certified to ISO 9001:2015 means ISGF will benefit from consistently providing customers with high quality products and services and allow the company to become more efficient, reduce errors and maintain a higher standard of service delivery.

The decision to become certified to ISO 9001:2015 stems from our commitment to the mission of our partners in the Federal Government and commercial clients we support. By maintaining greater efficiency, the certification allows ISGF to rapidly deploy support resources.

“We are excited to perform for the Government at a much higher level while significantly exceeding their expectations,” says Patrick Callahan, Vice President of Government Solutions at ISGF. To maintain certification, ISGF will commit to semi-annual audits from independent third-party providers to ensure we are adhering to the standards we set forth for ourselves.

ISO 9001:2015 is a set of international standard and guidance documents for service providers.
