I am the Division Director for National Contract Recruiting at ISGF in Orlando, Florida. My career started in auditing with what was, then, a Big 6 firm; Arthur Andersen. While it was a great experience, I knew within 2 years that this was not the career I was passionate about. I returned to college to earn my MBA and immediately after was offered an opportunity to join a friend's IT Staffing company that was opening an office in Dallas, Tx. During that time, I learned what it was to get up every morning with a desire to get to work. Whether it was getting a "YES" from a candidate to an offer or the client excited over landing a top performer, I was addicted. I then moved to the corporate side with Accenture where I gained experience on the client-side of the industry including managing and training new recruiters. After 12 years my family moved to Orlando in 2018. Joining ISGF was a natural fit and rejuvenated the feelings I had when I started in staffing.
