ISGF is seeking a Business Analyst in Orlando, Florida. This person engages the clients to document and edit business requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations; documents project testing efforts; works in conjunction with the project manager to ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.

Essential Duties

• This BA would be the right-hand person to the Project Manager
• They will need experience with traditional waterfall and agile as they will likely be using both in this space
• Will work with different teams to gather requirements
• They will need to capture the requirements and break them down into user stories
• They will manage from inception to implementation using Jira
• Experience with sales, web, and mobile tech is ideal
